Lottery Player's Winning Streak Ends With $1 Million Jackpot Win

Winning a lottery prize is great, hitting the jackpot is better, but by far the best is going on a winning streak and topping it all off with a $1 million jackpot! And that's exactly what happened for a American lottery player.

Micheal Strong, a lottery player from Hawaii, told officials that he was on a 26 win streak before his 27th prize ended up being a $1 million jackpot. He also said that the particular $20 ticket he bought had always been lucky for him in the past.

"I decided to play this game because $20 tickets are my lucky tickets, I always win when I play them. I've won 26 out of the last 27 $20 tickets I bought." he told local news outlets who interviewed him after his win.

"My friends were joking with me about my luck. They said I should buy a ticket since I was back in town. So I took a break from the fence I was building, bought a ticket, and won $1 million!"

He said that before he hit the $1 million jackpot the other 26 prizes had ranged from $5 up to $800 but clearly the $1 million prize is the one that will allow him to change his life for the better. Mr Strong said that he plans on paying off his debts with the prize money.
