SuperEnaLotto Postponed Amid Coronavirus Crisis (Update: It's Back!)

Italian authorities have postponed the SuperEnaLotto lottery draw amid the global coronavirus crisis.


The global coronavirus pandemic continues to shock the world, and the SuperEnaLotto is the latest lottery game to be postponed indefinitely in an effort to help prevent the spread of the virus.

The cancellation also extends to other Italian lottery games, as well as 'electronic slot type devices". Casinos and other betting establishments have also been closed.

The announcement read that the SuperEnaLotto was cancelled to, "further limit the movement and contact of subjects whose presence would prove a risk when needing to perform duties vital to running the games."

The final SuperEnaLotto draw was help on Saturday March 21st, and the cancellation will affect all online and physical ticket purchases, as well as prize collection.
