Texas Woman Claims $1 Million Powerball Win After Last Week's Draw

A lucky Powerball player had her life changed forever after she won a second tier jackpot of $1 million in last Wednesday's US Powerball draw.

Jacquelyn Harris has been playing the US Powerball for years, but up until now had never won anything close to the prize she walked away with last Wednesday. The Texas resident bought her winning ticket from local grocery store in Woodlands the day of the draw, and found out she had won while viewing the draw at home later that day.
