Your recurring subscription will be cancelled immediately and no further payments will be charged to your account. Please note that if you would prefer our customer service team to cancel your subscription on your behalf, simply email your details to [email protected], and our team will process your request within 24 hours.
A: In order to view the lottery numbers associated with a particular syndicate entry, simply sign in to your account, visit the Transaction History page found within the My Account navigation bar, then search or scroll down to find the particular syndicate entry you are looking for and click on 'View Order'.
A: As soon as you no longer have sufficient funds in your account balance to purchase tickets, the funds from your Bonus balance will be put towards your Giant Lottos ticket purchases.
