Lotto Winner Has Message For His Boss; "I'm Never Working Again!"

A lucky lotto winner from Blackburn scooped a £150,000 prize, and now he has a special message for his boss.

More than 15,00 winners from Blackburn will split a £3 million jackpot, and one of them is Nigel who has a strong message for his boss.

"I'm going to go into work on Monday and tell them I'm leaving. I've worked in the same place for over 10 years and they're a great company but I'm ready for retirement!", he told local newspapers.

So instead of planning what he goes to eat on his lunch break, Nigel is now planning on where to take his family on a luxury holiday after he finally retires.

His wife is also ecstatic and looking forward to a holiday overseas. "My wife Catherine and I will need to sit down and have a good chat. She's always dreamed of a trip on the Orient Express, so we might actually do that."

Another winner in the same draw said that she had recently lost her husband, so this win had come at a perfect time and helped lift her spirits.

She said that, "I know my husband James is looking down on me. I'll definitely be treating my daughters and granddaughters."
