Ireland's Luckiest Shop Sees Another Customer Win Lotto Jackpot

It's been called "Ireland's luckiest shop" after the tiny newsagent has sold multiple jackpot winning lottery tickets. And now the tiny Kildare store has done it again after selling a winning ticket from last week's EuroMillions draw.

The lucky punter claimed a €43,000 prize in the EuroMillions lottery, he also promises to keep playing as he was only a few digits away from claiming the top jackpot prize of €38 million. He matched five lucky numbers to win his prize.

But the bigger news is arguably where he bought his ticket; a newsagent that has been called "Ireland's luckiest shop" after it sold a tickets that won a €5.7 million jackpot and another ticket which won a jackpot of €250,000.

Shop owner Louis Malone says that the newsagent has a reputation of being a lucky spot to buy your multi lotto tickets and that players come from far and wide to purchase tickets for the bigger draws. "We have people come from all over to buy their tickets here because they think they might have a good chance of winning," he told the Irish Mirror.
