At Giant Lottos we notify all players of their winnings via email, or if you've hit that big life-changing jackpot one of our team members will contact you personally to deliver the good news. But now that you've won you undoubtedly want to know how to claim your winnings.
Your winnings will be visible in your Giant Lottos player account as soon as you have been made aware of your win via either email or phone call. If you want to withdraw any winnings from your Giant Lottos account you will need to send an email to our accounts department at email@example.com asking for your funds to be withdrawn.
You will need to send us a formal request with your account details to withdraw your winnings. This information includes your first and last name so that we can check your account balance and get the process of transferring your lotto winnings to your bank account.
Your request will be processed within five working days after it has been transferred from us to your bank account by an accredited money transferring company. Protecting our players is a top priority for us, which is why we at Giant Lottos always take every precaution when processing payments or transferring winnings.
