When designing our service, our priority was ensuring that our rewards system were as uncomplicated as possible.

Our rewards system works as follows:
Purchase 11 or more tickets for a particular lottery in one calendar month and you receive 1 x complimentary “ticket” for every 5 further tickets you purchase in the form of virtual money.

Example: 1 UK Lottery virtual ticket is worth £2.50 and 1 x Euromillions Lottery virtual ticket is worth £3.50.
Therefore, if you buy 12 UK lottery tickets and 17 Euromillions tickets in one month, your Proplayer balance would be £9.50 (1 x £2.50 + 2 x £3.50).

Furthermore, when purchasing lottery tickets our system automatically uses your Proplayer balance before it takes funds from your actual balance, enabling your recharges to be kept to a minimum.

Proplayer rewards are allocated to a players account on the 1st day of every new month.

Proplayer rewards are virtual rewards and may not be withdrawn or redeemed for the cash equivalent at any time.

We cut off ticket purchasing 2 hours* before a draw takes place. The cut off time is required to ensure that all ticket entries are processed before each draw.

*The exception to the cut off time is the ElGorgo de la Primitiva lottery. Entries for this draw close on Saturday at 2.00 pm  CET/ CEST and the draw takes place the next day (Sunday) at 13.00 CET/ CEST.

Whether depositing funds by credit card or Moneybookers, the minimum amount per transaction is £5 and the maximum amount per transaction is £400.
A £5 minimum transaction amount is required since Giantlottos.com incurs processing fees on every transaction and deposits below £5 are simply not cost effective for us to process as a business.

If you wish to withdraw funds simply email our accounts department at accounts@giantlottos.com with your full name and amount you wish to withdraw. We guarantee that your request is attended to by our dedicated team within 24hours.

When winning smaller amounts, most players prefer to keep their winnings in their member’s online account. This enables players to build up larger sums of money before requesting withdrawals. All withdrawals are then made within 5 working days of receipt of player’s instructions to pay after receipt of funds from official lottery operator.

Note we only use accredited money transferring companies to deposit winnings into our member’s bank accounts. To ensure that payments made to the correct player (and are not fraudulent requests for payment) we may require a certified copy of a players identification to ensure that the funds are transferred to the player(s) legally entitled to the funds.
